Consult first
Every project opens with a consult at no cost. Scope and milestones are agreed in writing before anything starts.

Invoiced after approval
An invoice is issued only after a milestone is completed, revised as reasonably needed, and approved by you.

Unreached milestones
If work was performed but a milestone was not reached, that milestone is not charged.

Pro rata refunds
If a project cannot be completed, any paid but undelivered milestone is refunded on a pro rata basis.
